Dr. Éva Farkas
I believe that learning leads to the development of a freer, more democratic, healthier, richer, and happier society.
Regarding my qualification or, mainly regarding my professional identity, I am an Andragogist, an adult learning professional.
I work as an educator, supervisor, learning outcomes-based curriculum designer, expert, mentor, consultant, and researcher in the fields of adult education, vocational education and training, and higher education.
Areas of expertise:
– structural, content, and methodological development of adult learning and vocational education and training
– validation of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal learning environments
– learning outcomes-based curriculum design and learning management
Talent management and the education of young professionals play an extremely important role in my life. My greatest success and pleasure is that many of my former university students are now recognized professionals in adult education or higher education.
