Individual Learning Account in Hungary

The project to develop the Hungarian concept of the Individual Learning Account has been completed. The project, supported by the European Commission and led by the Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini, was carried out between January 2023 and May 2024 with the aim of developing an expert concept for the introduction and implementation of the Individual Learning Account in Hungary, in line with the principles of the Council Recommendation on Individual Learning Accounts, but taking into account the Hungarian social, economic and policy context. The Hungarian expert team (Éva Farkas, Zoltán Várkonyi, Tamás Bertalan, Vilmos Both, Ágota Scharle, Anett Jolán Kovács, Enikő Jarmaczki) developed the concept of the Hungarian Individual Learning Account and the roadmap and action plan for its introduction and implementation until 2030 based on a detailed situation analysis. The final conference presenting the project results was held on 14 May 2024 in Budapest.
