Higher Education

I have been working in higher education since 2002 at the College of Nyíregyháza, Hungary (2002-2005), the University of Pécs, Hungary (2005-2009), and the University of Szeged, Hungary (since 2009).  I have been a supervisor and a teacher at the Doctoral School of Education, University of Szeged, Hungary since 2014.

Adult Learning and Vocational Education and Training

Between 2000 and 2005, I was the director of a vocational secondary school in Miskolc, dealing with upper-secondary vocational education and adult education in the field of tourism, commerce, and economics. 

I regularly deliver training courses, seminars, practice-oriented workshops, and teacher training for VET teachers and adult education professionals.

Learning outcomes-based training courses

I have been working on learning outcomes-based curriculum design and learning management since 2012.

Between 2018 and 2021, I implemented 24 training programmes for 219 university teachers at the University of Szeged on the following topics:

On behalf of the Tempus Public Foundation, the Education Authority, Chamber of Commerce, and Industry and Vocational Training Centres, I delivered nearly 100 training courses between 2012 and 2022 for VET teachers on learning outcomes-based curriculum design and learning management, assessment of learning outcomes, project-based learning, and innovative teaching methods.
