In 2014, based on European trends and taking into account the general situation of the Hungarian economy and education, I developed a validation model that could be implemented and operated in Hungary. The aim of the model is to assess, evaluate, validate and document the learning outcomes possessed by adults, regardless of the context in which they acquired this knowledge, in order to increase their employability and participation in adult learning.
