Learning outcomes are the description of the output requirements which can be achieved by the end of a learning phase. A description of active competencies, put in a context, defined in terms of knowledge + skills + attitudes + autonomy/ responsibility, in accordance with the Hungarian Qualifications Framework. Learning outcomes are statements about what a student knows, understands and can independently do after completing a given learning process. The handbook provides a more in-depth discussion of conceptual aspects related to the definition, writing and use of learning outcomes in VET and Adult Education sector.
