In recognition of my national and international work in the fields of adult learning, I was inducted into the International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame (IACEHOF) in 2019. I was a member of the Board of Directors of the IACEHOF from 2020 to 2022. I had the honor and privilege of being elected President of the Board of Directors in September 2022. To serve the Hall of Fame community entails not only recognition but also a great deal of responsibility, which motivates and inspires me to continue my work to promote the growth and professionalism of the Hall of Fame, raise awareness of the values and achievements of adult learning, and recognize professionals who have excelled in the field of adult and continuing education.
